Crispy and tasty as you wish. Ideal for snacking or to go with your aperitif.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond meal (from your almond milk), 1 tbsp psyllium husk, 3 tbsp filtered water, 3 tbsp coconut oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme, coriander, rosemary. Or any herbs and spices you want.
Preheat your oven at 130 C. Line a tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a spoon. Place the dough on the paper and add another paper on the top. Use a rolling pin to make the dough as thin as possible. Remove the upper paper. With a rolling cutter, divide the dough into nice squares. Bake for one hour. And that it’s it! You can keep these bites in a biscuit box for a week.
