Vanilla almond milk

So easy to do and delicious, you will never buy a bottle of almond milk anymore. It’s a good source of magnesium, potassium, vitamine B, good fats (mono and polyunsaturated). Vitamine E of the fruit tends to disappear in the milk. Naturally, this milk contains sucrose so, as usual, drink it slowly and enjoy small quantity at a time.

Ingredients: 1 cup of soaked almond, 4 cups of filtered water, 1 tbsp organic vanilla powder.

Soak the almonds for 6 hours in the fridge. Throw the water and rinse the almonds. With the blender, mix almonds, water and vanilla. Filter the milk through a cheese cloth. You will collect a big bowl of almond meal that you will NOT throw away but directly bake salty almond crackers. No waste. Love it!
