Here is another good dessert recipe from minimalistbaker.com. Nothing to change to my opinion except maybe the amount of sugar. You can cut by half especially if the coconut yogurt you are using is already sweetened. I still struggle with the making of coconut yogurt and can’t find easily here (an unsweetened version) so I buy goat yogurt as a substitute and it works well too.
You can prepare this dessert the day before as the crust and filling need to go into the freezer. Apples can also be prepared in advance and they need to cool down before serving. So perfect dessert solution when you have guests.
These ginger cinnamon nutmeg apples are simply delicious. It should not be a problem if you have baked too much of them 🙂
